Description & Goal
Port economy configures a great deal of maritime economy and sea transportation. Rate of growth, development, performance, and productivity of ports are known as main indicators of evaluating the economic performance of any country. Focusing on new functional approaches and standard methods on port improvements are game changers at expanding the capacity level of imports and exports of countries and it plays a key role on formal international communications.
Graduates of MBA course are acquainted with port management as well as new approaches of leadership, organizational development and marketing based on standard approaches on both “structural and operational” dimensions, executive standards and port evaluating index. Graduates will be acquainted with the aforementioned topics using analytical and management methods for the sake of improving productivity of port resources such as docks, port waterways, safety equipment of port terminals and etc, under national and international standards.
